The aim of this page is to give you some clear guidance on how to start  managing your MS effectively.

FOOD IS UNDOUBTEDLY YOUR MOST EFFECTIVE MEDICINE FOR MS.

If you are feeding your body the right nutrients, these will become tools that your body uses for healing. They also become weapons and protectors to stop further progression.

THE WRONG FOODS BLOCK THIS HEALING PROCESS. 

The body can't restore itself when these nasties are in the way. They need to be completely avoided.

CHANGE IS HARD. It's a difficult change to make at first but in a few weeks in you will start to experience the benefits and achieve some of the goals you set for yourself. This will motivate you to keep going and establish some lifelong habits.

My MS Diet Lifestyle

This way of treating MS is not just about eating differently but about changing your whole lifestyle which includes exercise, meditation, sleep and nurturing yourself.

IT'S A MULTIFACETED LIFESTYLE.

1. I LIKE TO MOVE IT. Find away to move a bit more. A way that suits you and your schedule. The body is so much more efficient at healing itself  when you're exercising regularly.

2. DEEP BREATHS. Meditation evokes the RELAXATION RESPONSE which puts the body in a position to repair damage and promote well-being. It also helps you to manage your stress more effectively.

3. REST UP. Good quality sleep is an essential part of the healing process. Go to bed early and have rest periods throughout the day. A five minute power nap. Eat as early as possible so that your food is fully digested when you sleep. The body has more energy to repair itself if it's not worrying about digestion.

4. ME-TIME. Find time to do something you love, every week. Nurture your soul with a good book, coffee with a friend or doing something creative.
