Frequently Asked Questions


When can I start the course?

You can embark on this journey whenever you are ready. However, I do encourage you to commit to setting aside time each week to watch the videos and do the work book activities. Don't worry if life gets in the way. If you're part of the community, you'll be able to access the videos and materials whenever you need to. 

What is the time commitment?

You'll be receiving access to one module a week. I recommend that you spend 1-2 hours a week working through the sessions in each module and doing the work book activities. You'll also have a few practical response tasks to do which you can integrate into your daily routine.

Will this course cure my MS?

You won't find a cure for MS in this course or anywhere for that matter. However, what this course will give you is a strategy to manage your MS effectively and naturally. Hopefully this WILL lead to symptom-free living for you!  

How soon will I start seeing results?

Everyone is different and some people start seeing results after just a few days whereas for others it can take a few months.  It does depend on your level of commitment and how quickly you establish your new habits.

What support will I receive throughout the course?

The Natural MS Recovery Plan is designed for you to be able to work through it independently. However, part of the the package is that you receive dedicated email support throughout the eight weeks. Kim will be available over email whenever you have a question. You also receive the bonus of a 30 minute Skype Coaching Call to be used anytime throughout the 8 weeks.

How will the 30 minute Skype Coaching Sessions Work?

You can book your coaching session by following the link in the course homepage! Don't forget to give me your Skype username so that I can call you. Thees are only available on the 1-1 Coaching package.

Is there a guarantee or refund policy?

Although we hardly get any requests for refunds, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you feel the course isn’t right for you, just send Kim an email and request a full refund. This is usually processed within 24 hours. So, there really is no risk to you at all.
