Each module will take 30-60 minutes to complete depending on how much time you allocate for the workbook activities. It is advisable to set aside two 1 hour sessions a week since you'll be aiming to complete 2 modules a week. If you don't get there, don't worry - you get lifetime access to the course!

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I start the course?

We will all start the course together on the 1st January 2020. Our first course call will take place on the 1st of Jan at 8:30pm GMT (I will give you details on how to join). . 

What is the time commitment?

You'll be receiving access to two modules a week. I recommend that you spend 2 hours a week working through the sessions in each module and doing the work book activities. You'll also have a few practical response tasks to do which you can integrate into your daily routine.

Will this course cure my MS?

You won't find a cure for MS in this course or anywhere for that matter. However, what this course will give you is a strategy to manage your MS effectively and naturally. Hopefully this WILL lead to symptom-free living for you!  

How soon will I start seeing results?

Everyone is different and some people start seeing results after just a few days whereas for others it can take a few months.  It does depend on your level of commitment and how quickly you establish your new habits.

What support will I receive throughout the course?

You'll have loads of support during the course. We'll start the month off with a group call. Hopefully everyone who is participating in the course will be able to make this!  If you can't make the call - no problem, you'll receive a recording of it!

Then, you'll receive 2 emails from me every week, encouraging you to keep going!

You also receive the bonus of a one on one 45 minute Skype Coaching Call to be used anytime throughout the 4 weeks. 

The Natural MS Recovery Plan is designed for you to be able to work through it independently. However, part of the package is that you receive dedicated email support throughout the eight weeks. Kim will be available over email whenever you have a question. 

How will the Skype Coaching Sessions Work?

You can book your coaching session by following the link in the course homepage! Don't forget to give me your Skype username so that I can call you. Thees are only available on the 1-1 Coaching package.
